The Sonic Parachute Ball is a fun project for kids ages 3 and up, although kids under 10 will need an adult to launch it. Pack the parachute, load it into the ball, then use the tether to launch up to 50 feet. As the ball climbs it opens allowing the drogue parachute to deploy the main chute. With the chute deployed, the ball makes a gentle descent to the ground.
